Do you provide samples?

Samples of all our products are available. Please enquire via the contact us form. But samples are chargeable

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or pop into to our shop where we also take cash. Except amex and JCB

How long will my order take?

Embroidered and printed garments usually take between 3-5 working days subject to the approval of the artwork. During periods of peak demand or if products are out of stock, this may be extended if such an instance has a risen we will inform you shortly after order has been processed. 

How will I receive my artwork proof?

We always produce a proof for new logos' and designs. For embroidered designs and logos' we usually send a sewn Swatch not sewn sample sample on a swatch of fabric by post. For embroidered lettering, an email or fax is used. For printing an email or paper proof is sent by post. We are not responsible for errors to the design once a proof has been signed off by the customer. Set up charges are an average of £15.00 which includes 1 free swatch for approval, further swatches or amendments are chargeable.

Do you charge for delivery?

A Charge of £4.95 is added to orders under £150.00 this for orders on mainland UK. 

I can’t see what I’m looking for. Do you supply it?

Probably! If it’s Workwear, corporate wear, man pack, school wear or promotional clothing, we can usually supply it. Please contact us with your requirements. Our vast expanse of suppliers worldwide gives us the edge against many online shops as we will go the extra mile to get exactly what you want.

How much will it cost to call the team?

Calls are charged at the standard rate.

I’m not sure what I need, can you help?

Of course Please call us anytime between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday alternatively, please send us an email through the contact form.

Will I be charged for returning my goods?

No not as it’s within 5 working days from delivery and all the goods are as they were when they left the depot. Please refer to T&C for more information regarding returns.

Returns can be subject to a re stocking fee if bought in specially by our purchasing team but stock items can be returned for credit but you must pay the return carriage. All goods returned must be in the original and resalable packaging. No goods which have been branded in any way can be returned for credit.

Can I have my own clothing Embroidered?

Of course you can – cost depends upon design, clothing embroidered just text £5.99! contact us to find out more. Please note that any garment supplied for branding by a customer is the responsibility of the customer solely. Any damage or loss to the garments are completely at the risk of the customer and any garments damaged during the production process will not be replaced or refunded but can still be charged for the branding.

Is there any lead times?

No if your items are in stock we can have them ready next day, embroidery, printing and laser engraving plus one day.
